Selwo Park Estepona

Selwo Park: on the motorway on the Costa del Sol, wild animals live in a state of harmony with the environment. The conditions have been reproduced to that of the various species to simulate as closely as possible to their natural habitat.

In the 100 acres that make up the park, we see over 2000 animals of over 200 different species. We can go through the different ecosystems on foot or in an all-terrain, seeing how they live in first person.

It offers several routes, but we can make all and it is recommended:

Path of the savannah, in which we see rhinos, zebras, elephants, etc.

Path of the valleys: there are lions and tigers.

Portico of nature: this place has the largest Tyrolean in Europe.

Canyon birds: bird reserve, where birds move freely in a natural environment.

Other animals include the deer, the ibex, the genet, wild cat, the marten, the griffon vulture, wild boars, eagles, rodents, indigenous and migratory birds, and many other vertebrate species.

Park on the rocks: it has spectacular views of the African coast and Gibraltar. The stones of peridotites and serpentine create a landscape of extraordinary and rare beauty. On the inside are seven log cabins. You can go mountain biking, hiking, and horse riding

It reaches its peak through lush forests of Spanish fir, chestnut, pine, and other native species of flowers and plants.

Of all the species, the most important is the Pinsapo, a type of fir tree near the shores of the sea, and now there are only a few left in southern Spain and in the Ural Mountains in Russia.
